A 3.5-liter 24-valve DOHC aluminum-alloy V6 with Variable Induction Control System powers the JX, generating 265 horsepower at 6,400 rpm and 248 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. It comes equipped with Sport-tuned Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with manual shift mode and Sport mode.
